Halcrow recently appointed Robert Fetter as director of navy programmes for Halcrow in North America. In this newly created position, Rob will be responsible for further developing Halcrow’s relationship with the US Navy and its engineering operations.
Rob, a retired Civil Engineer Corps captain, brings more than 25 years of Navy facilities management and capital improvement experience to Halcrow. He has extensive federal acquisition experience with a proven track record of team building, process improvement and cost savings. His wide-ranging expertise includes project management, planning and asset management, facilities management, energy efficiency and sustainability, and investment strategy.
Rob said: “Halcrow provided the best opportunity to leverage my expertise and experience to help support the Navy and other federal clients. I’m very impressed by the firm and its employees and I’m excited to join the Halcrow team.”

Rob is a registered professional engineer in Virginia and a member of the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME). He is based in Halcrow’s Norfolk, Virginia office.
