The Halcrow Hyder joint venture has been successful in gaining a place on three out of the four lots within the Highways Agency’s new project support framework (PSF).
The joint venture builds on the successful partnership that is delivering services on the £6 billion M25 DBFO project as the Highway Agency’s advisor.
Peter McDermott, Halcrow’s director for strategic highways said:
"These framework lots cover the majority of consultancy services to the Highways Agency, principally the Major Projects division. It is a significant opportunity for the joint venture to play a major part in delivering the Highway Agency’s Managed Motorway Programme.”
Graham Reid, Hyder’s managing director (UK) commented:
“This is a tremendous success and it is a tribute to our collaboration with Halcrow and the energy, enthusiasm and skills of the tender teams. We look forward to the continuation of the high quality service that we have been providing to the Highways Agency.”
