Halcrow Trust - notice to UK retired Halcrow employees

This notice is given to any person who is a retired employee of the Halcrow group of companies who worked under a UK contract until they retired from employment between 5 November 1990 and 31 October 2011. The trustees of the Halcrow Trust are interested in hearing from potential beneficiaries who were UK employees who retired between these dates, who wish to be considered for a distribution from the Trust and have reason to believe that the trustees are not aware of their current contact details.

You are required to send details in writing by special delivery, on the form in the left hand menu, to the Halcrow Trust Administrator to be received no later than 5.00 pm on Thursday 15 March 2012 so that your interest can be verified. After this date the trustees will distribute the assets of the Trust in their discretion having regard only to beneficiaries of whom they had notice and whose details have been verified to the satisfaction of the trustees at the date of distribution. The Halcrow Trust will not be liable to any person of whose interest they shall not then have had notice within the time limit specified above.

If any current Halcrow employees are aware of any employees who retired from the Halcrow group and for whom Halcrow may no longer hold up to date details please can they tell them about this notice and the need to respond before the deadline of 5.00 pm on Thursday 15 March 2012.

The trustees of the Halcrow Trust will be sending a letter to current and retired UK employees this week with more information about how they intend to distribute sale proceeds to beneficiaries who are in the UK.

The trustees of the Halcrow Trust are interested in hearing from potential beneficiaries of the Halcrow Trust who were non UK employees who retired between these dates, who wish to be considered for a distribution from the Trust and have reason to believe that the trustees are not aware of their current contact details.

You are required to send details in writing, on the form in the left hand menu, to the Halcrow Trust Administrator to be received no later than 5.00 pm UK time on Thursday 12 April 2012 so that your interest can be verified. After this date the trustees will distribute the assets of the Trust in their discretion having regard only to beneficiaries of whom they had notice and whose details have been verified to the satisfaction of the trustees at the date of distribution. The Halcrow Trust will not be liable to any person of whose interest they shall not then have had notice within the time limit specified above.
