Increasing numbers of people are abandoning their cars in favour of the environmental and health benefits conferred by the bicycle.
Poland has a lot to offer the cycle tourist with the countryside and cities full of natural attractions and amazing buildings.
With this in mind Halcrow is helping the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development build a new 2000km cycle and tourist route in eastern Poland.
Halcrow’s role includes:
- full civil and structural engineering service
- the feasibility study
- public hearings report
- preparation of the map
