Halcrow is trying to ensure that the environment and care in existing institutions is transformed

Halcrow continues its commitment and involvement in charitable work in Romania, through Foundation for the Relief of Disabled Orphans (F.R.O.D.O.) and the Halcrow Foundation.

There are currently approximately 11,000 children with disabilities living in institutions in Romania.  These children need stimulation and learning to be able to fulfil their potential and live a life of purpose, and a contributing member of their community. An additional £30,000 has been pledged to F.R.O.D.O. which is helping to drive forward a complete cultural change in how Romanian orphans are treated.

Through our commitment, Halcrow is trying to ensure that the environment and care in existing institutions is transformed, changing lives and prospects for those living there now and in the future.
