Halcrow provided retrospective and projected performance review and report on Management Contract between the Government, WASA and Trinidad and Tobago Water Services (TTWS).
Desalcott Plant and WASA Technical Review
Halcrow performed a technical review of a desalination sea water reverse osmosis plant with a capacity of 100MLD. A technical review of the water company that buys the desalinated water was also undertaken.
