This micro-site is dedicated to the services that Halcrow is able to provide in collaboration with a range of quality approved sub-consultants. The following pages provide all the information that you will require to procure work under the various frameworks.
To provide users with even greater understanding of the process, Intellect has developed a Catalist User Guide in conjunction with OGCbuying.solutions and a selection of users from government departments and agencies.
The guide is designed to enable potential public sector users, particularly those with no or little experience of Catalist framework agreements, to reduce the time and cost of procurement and to ensure they choose the most appropriate supplier. The online, interactive guide includes links to a glossary and to useful websites. Although Catalist has a wide scope, this guidance focuses on ICT and consultancy.
The Catalist framework agreements are pre-completed supplier lists that are EU compliant. They are available for use by the public sector in the UK. Frameworks are proven to reduce the time and cost of procurements and the competition between suppliers to get onto a framework results in value for money for the public sector.
