Dynamic Views.
FloodViewer allows you to dynamically view flood information and find the information you need, easily.
Easy navigation.
The interface is designed for easy navigation. An optional landing page allows easy selection of areas of interest. Panning and zooming tools, allow natural movement around the flood information.

Customise the display.
The display can be customised to show only the information required. Layers can be turned on and off; mapping dynamically changes as you zoom; and the layout can be customised to fit a project need.

Everyone can use and view.
No expensive GIS software is required for FloodViewer. It can be easily set up and can use your existing data. It runs off virtually any digital media including a CD/DVD, USB drive, intranet or a website.

Natural Interaction.
FloodViewer allows you to naturally interact with flood information,
relating it to real life.Natural interaction.
Flood information naturally changes as the water level slider bar is set to a water level, return period or key structure height at a given location.

Relate to real life.
The water slider is of particular benefit during a flood, when forecast flood levels can be used to illustrate the likely extent of flooding associated with a peak water level.

Automatic hypothesis.
FloodViewer automatically hypothesises flood information, between model results to give an animation like experience.

Decide Quickly.
FloodViewer allows analysis and decisions to be quickly undertaken in response to flooding.
Breakdown barriers.
FloodViewer can be run from virtually anywhere. Partner organisations can have universal access to the same information, to allow joint decision making.

Important Infrastructure.
See which important infrastructure is affected by flooding, by enabling layers and accessing its details, such as contact names and numbers, key vulnerabilities and threshold levels.

Plan well.
FloodViewer can help determine infrastructure and roads affected by flooding, giving focus to where demountable defences should be deployed and help to emergency services.
