David was appointed a director in 2000 and is responsible for strategy development and implementation. He is also the board member with executive responsibility for marketing and communications.
With over 25 years´ experience in Halcrow, he has developed a particularly strong background in transportation, development, and environmental planning and has worked in the management and conduct of many property and urban development studies with leading property development companies and architects.
He has approximately ten years working on projects outside the UK. In the past he has been director in charge of one of the company´s Hong Kong offices, and has had major project roles in Iran, Indonesia and Pakistan.
