Appointed as a main board director in May 1998, Les is responsible for technical development and delivery.
He has over 30 years' experience as a civil engineer in the design and construction of maritime, flood defence, power, highway and airport projects. He is chairman of the risk sub-committee and a trustee of the Halcrow Trust.
