Appointed Group chief executive on 1 January 2002, Peter has been with Halcrow for over 25 years. In 1989 he was appointed head of the finance function, becoming a member of the board on his appointment as Group Finance Director in 1991.

Peter chairs the chief executive's committee, a key sub-committee of the Group board that is responsible for the operational management and performance of the Group's business. He also chairs the Investment sub-committee and is a member of the Finance sub-committe.

He has been a trustee of The Halcrow Trustee since its inception and is currently chairman.
