Water and wastewater, quantity surveyor, Lusail, Doha, Qatar
Halcrow are keen to appoint a quantity surveyor to join the expanding water and wastewater team based in Qatar.
The principal function of this position is to assist the Lusail Project team with preparing tender documents for this multi-disciplinary project.
Your priorities in this role include:
- tender document preparation
- reviewing particular specifications
- tender evaluations
- developing strong client relationships to understand their requirements
The successful candidate should possess a relevant degree with a QS Certification and be able to demonstrate the following skills and knowledge:
- tender document preparation
- experience in writing specifications
- experience with undertaking tender evaluations
- experience of FIDIC and the Middle East tender evaluations would be advantageous
