continuing through Chiseldon turn right at the mini roundabout by the "Patriot's Arms" public house |

at the next T-junction turn right |
 |
the main entrance to Burderop Park is a short distance on the right hand side |
From Swindon
 |
take the A4361 via Old Town in the direction of Devizes |

at Wroughton bear left at the "Three Tuns" roundabout, Head for Barbury Castle |

proceed up the hill on the B4005 |
 |
Burderop Park is on the left-hand side just past the sharp right hand bend |

the visitors' parking area is signposted and is located in Car Park B1 |

There is a designated area in Car Park A1 for the parking of motor cycles. There are two covered bicycle racks in an area adjacent to the Cottage. |
By bus:
The Stagecoach No 71 bus service operates in both directions between Swindon Bus Station and Burderop Park via Wroughton.
By train:
There is a regular train service from London Paddington to South
Wales and the West Country via Swindon. The railway station is located
close to the bus station, and is a fifteen-minute taxi ride away
from Burderop Park.
By taxi:
Taxis are readily available from outside the railway station.
By aeroplane:
There is a regular coach
service, which operates from London Heathrow
to Swindon Bus Station, as well as a coach link to Reading station,
for onward travel to Swindon. |
