	At top of off-ramp take direction signed Teesdale
	At first Roundabout turn left into Princeton Drive.
	At second roundabout continue straight ahead.
	At third roundabout turn right into Harvard Avenue.
	At fourth roundabout turn left into University Boulevard.
	Straight ahead at next roundabout.
	Turn first right into Columbia Drive.
	Turn first left into Dunedin House car park.
	“Riverside” offices are on your left.
