New environment partnership success
Halcrow has teamed up with three other leading environmental consultants; ADAS, Transport Research Laboratory (TRL) and The Landscape Partnership, to form Partnership for the Environment (P4E).
Offering a combined total of over 200 years of technical experience, P4E provides a wide range of professional environmental services, ranging from landscape and biodiversity, to newer areas such as climate change, corporate and social responsibility, and sustainable development.
The partnership has already proved its worth with a number of successes, including joint wins on two frameworks - Environment Agency policy and strategy framework and Welsh Assembly Government sustainability and environment framework - and continued development of the Highways Agency technical consultancy and research and development frameworks.
Its strength lies in the ability to pull specialists together from a combined pool of over 500 environmental employees, many world-class. Multi-disciplinary teams of environmental leaders are assembled to offer clients the best people to address their environmental challenges.
The P4E business plan identifies a number of clients, including Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, Ministry of Defence and the Scottish Government, as potential targets for 2008, working where appropriate with Halcrow client account teams (CAT) and partner equivalents.
For further information contact Halcrow P4E manager Nick Mitchard, or P4E Halcrow director, Steve Morgan.
