This tour is on the back of the successful 17-day tour of UK, France, Spain and Italy in 2003.
Halcrow organized the tour to promote a multi billion dollar US concession project to the European private sector. Halcrow arranged for State DOT officials to meet with leading European financial institutions, lawyers, rating agencies and concession companies and helped secure their experience and recommendations on major PPP/PFI infrastructure projects.
As a direct result of the tour, the concession procurement has attracted interest from major European investors.
