Video troubleshooting
How our videos work
Halcrow videos are set to progressively download to your computer while they play. Just as all other online video services, the speed at which our videos download and play depends on your internet connection.
Supported video formats
We currently support the three most popular online formats for Halcrow videos.

Windows Media Video (.wmv) |
Note, the Windows Media Videos will open in Windows
Media Player, rather than inside a web page.
Video problems
If you are having problems viewing our video presentations, you may need to download and install missing browser plug-ins.

Audio problems
The videos contains sound so you will need speakers
or ear phones to hear them. If no audio is heard, please check the master volume level (usually accessed by clicking on a speaker icon  )
