Halcrow's experience in irrigation and drainage covers a period of more than 50 years and includes projects in Europe, Asia, Africa, the Middle East and South America. Halcrow are involved in all stages of project development, including identification, preparation, pre-feasibility and feasibility studies; detailed design; tender bid documents, tender administration, project management and site supervision; monitoring and evaluation; and operation, maintenance and management.
