Environmental communications

Corporate environmental reports

Many organisations are under pressure from stakeholders to produce corporate environmental reports. Halcrow has helped its clients assess the true information needs of their stakeholders and develop effective methods of delivering that information in formats that are accessible and cost effective. Understanding that different stakeholders want different information and respond to different delivery methods is key to Halcrow's approach.

stakeholder communications

Successful stakeholder relationships can only be maintained if communication is constantly updated and not reliant on annual formal reports. This requires considerable resource that Halcrow can supply. Halcrow helps a number of clients maintain good relationships with a variety of stakeholders by establishing information needs, concerns and gathering stakeholder feedback on client programmes. This has helped ensure our clients are fully aware of developments in these relationships and are fully prepared for meetings with them.

employee awareness raising and training

Environmental programmes are always more successful if employees are fully understanding of the goals and the methods to achieve them and are encouraged to become involved in the development and implementation of initiatives at every level.

In addition to ensuring all employees understand the environmental programme, Halcrow have helped train key employees with particular environmental responsibilities, to ensure they can play their role in achieving environmental goals, to the fullest extent.
