Halcrow fire engineering staff have associations with various global fire safety organisations, including the World Road Association (PIARC), where we have a representative on the main committee on road tunnel operations, and with the University of Ulster, with whom we collaborate on building fire safety issues.
Through these two-way links, we are both informing and reviewing current research as well as contributing to the ongoing development of various fire safety codes and computer software.
