Utility tendering

Through a number of years of practical experience we have developed the skill and expertise to tender and negotiate both electricity and gas contracts. This service is primarily offered on a fixed fee basis.

In order to enable a "level playing field" comparison of electrical tender returns be they fixed and fully inclusive, energy supply at the meter supply point or energy at the grid supply point, we use specialist analysis software. This software uses 1/2 hour data to evaluate a common cost basis for all suppliers inclusive of all distribution and transmission charges.

We are also able to provide consultancy advice with regard to deregulation of the sub 100kW electricity market including EDI, electronic trading and hardware requirements.

For gas contracts the tender analysis process is far simpler. Nevertheless software tools have also been developed in order to both analyse the data and provide a clear indicator to our client of the preferred bid.

With regard to water we have also achieved significant reductions through negotiation of return to sewer allowances. For larger sites we also carry out water audits and manage leak detection and repair projects.
