Halcrow undertook a study to provide strategic advice in respect to the development of Asset Management Plans covering quality, reliability and capacity for both water and sewerage assets.  These Asset Management Plans form the basis of South East Water’s submission as part of the three-year price setting process undertaken by the Essential Services Commission for 2005-2008.

Halcrow performed audits/technical reviews of the asset management plans to test their adequacy /robustness and their ability to meet the requirements of a regulatory scrutinising process.
We are currently undertaking a repeat of this study is respect to the Client’s preparation of their Water Plan for the 2008-2013 regulatory period.
