Halcrow was engaged by City of Kingston to undertake site inspections with Council officers, reviewing the suitability of the selected pumps and provide a brief report, and develop preliminary designs for the proposed ‘The Fairway’ (300L/s) and Riversdale Avenue (1050L/s) stormwater pumping stations. 

The project involved the preliminary design for the pumping stations, a review of Council’s selection of pumps, review of noise attenuation proposals, cost estimation and comparison, and other works.  This project is on-going and we have just been awarded the contract to undertake detail design of the stormwater pumping stations.
