Supervision of all related civil works.
Monitoring of all on-site construction activity by the Contractor and his sub-contractors in order to ensure that the project is constructed in accordance with the engineering specification and construction drawings, and within the required time schedule.
Checking, and where correct, certifying for payment the Contractor’s applications for interim and final stage payments.
Monitoring the delivery of construction materials to site and ensuring that only those of a compliant quality are utilized throughout the project.
Impressing upon the Contractor on a daily basis the importance of adhering to the Employer’s EH&S regulations, monitoring the Contractor’s performance in this regard and bringing to the Contractor’s attention, and monitoring the implementation of, any necessary changes in the Contractor’s practice.
