Halcrow, with DHV Group and Severn Trent Water International Ltd (STWI) provided international specialist advice to Beijing Drainage Corporation for the design review, construction supervision, and commissioning of sewers and a wastewater treatment plant Beijing, and provided advice on planning and maintenance operations.

Technical training was organized for local staff and managers.

Package B

Halcrow in JV with MWA provided specialist assistance and training in institutional development of drainage and sewerage operations in Beijing.

Including sector organization and regulation, corporate plan, financial and management systems design to assist the Beijing Government to implement the systems, processes and necessary infrastructural changes.
