Business Bay is the creation of a landmark city-level development in the Middle East, which will provide a new city extension and meaning to Dubai. The prestigious master plan will provide land for financial and commercial firms to locate in the Middle East.

The business orientation is supported by residential development located around the sinuous extension of Dubai Creek that travels through the heart of the city to reconnect with the Gulf.

An integral, part of the ‘Le Ville Contemporaine’ proposal, Business Bay is part
of the proposal to regenerate underutilised parts of Dubai by extending the canal inland.

The project includes a Traffic Impact Assessment, Environmental Impact Assessment and water modelling studies.
