Scope:
The project was aimed at overcoming the institutional capability of Dhaka WASA and introducing commercial orientation to it's operation by providing advice and assistance in (i) operation and maintenance, (ii) management and finance (iii) MIS, (iv) personnel management and training and (v) computerisation
Benefit to client:
In addition to increasing water supply to the city, the Project supported DWASA in building up its technical and managerial capacity to operate independently and efficiently in all aspects of it's operations.
