Halcrow was appointed as design consultant to Amec for the 4.4km extension to Docklands Light Railway from Canning Town to City Airport Docklands Light Railway Ltd has awarded City Airport Enterprises (CARE) the 30 year concession to construct and maintain the 4.4km extension.

Care have appointed AMEC to design and build the extension
