A grant of £8,319 is being made to the Prospect Hospice in Wroughton two miles from Halcrow’s Swindon office to create a new patio where day patients with life- limiting illnesses can relax.

The new patio, which complements the newly- refurbished day hospice, will be used by the 45 patients who visit the hospice each week.

The idea is to create a serene area where patients can enjoy views of the hospice’s picturesque setting.

Prospect Hospice has an excellent reputation in Swindon and throughout north Wiltshire generally.
