£23,000 has been earmarked to pay for much of the design and construction of a nursery and primary school for Kawangware, an urban slum area in Nairobi.

The school will promote sustainable resources, including rainwater harvesting. School staff, parents and pupils will be involved in its design and construction. Sanitation facilities will also be constructed within the school complex
