Technical description

At the request of the client, Halcrow carried out initial surveys of the sites identified by the client that did not comply with the 2003 regulations.

From the surveys a report was provided for the client to allow them to assess the required scope of works.

The client requested Halcrow to produce tender documentation for three chosen contractors.

The most cost effective contractors and installation options were then chosen for implementation.

Halcrow carried out all Planning, Budgetary Control, Installation Implementation & Supervision, Client and Contractor Liaison, Project Management, Telemetry Configuration and Final Commissioning.
