Scope:

This is a €110 million construction project to widen an existing dual carriageway from two lanes to three lanes over a length of 14km. Working closely with the Client, Kildare County Council, and the National Roads Authority as Client Agent, Tom McCracken (Project Director) has been involved with the scheme since 1999, from the feasibility stage through to its current status of three months from construction completion.
