A new city is being created in the heart of the Middle East.

With an overall budget of between £20 and £30 billion, the Lusail development project in Qatar will create a world class city catering for some 200,000 new residents over the next ten to 15 years.

Through collaborative working the team has fully integrated over 20 design disciplines into one complete solution on which this new city will be developed. The team is undertaking detailed design of the city's complete primary infrastructure and subsequent site supervision of all the associated works.

A team of 150 designers from across the world were mobilised to bring this bold vision to reality. Both the design effort and wider tender process is being co-ordinated by a 40-strong Doha-based team.
