Halcrow Group Ltd in association with Marilyn Taylor Associates and partners were commissioned in June 2003 to develop a Community Strategy (CS) that builds on the Local Strategic Partnership's interim Strategy developed during 2002-03.
The Strategy is set in the context of the Government's Communities Plan (2003) that envisages further growth in Milton Keynes over the period to 2030.
A considerable amount of time was spent with the people who live and work in Milton Keynes to understand the local values and aspirations for the area.
