benefit to client

The considerable recent growth in international traffic, together with increasing pressures of urban development in Kuala Lumpur's hinterland determined the need for constructing a new airport. The first phase airport capacity is about 25 million passengers per annum, with the ultimate plan providing for 90 million passengers.
