Overlooking the Falls, from its prominent Murray Hill site, this new development will feature Canada's largest casino facility, which includes over 191,939 m² of space to house a large casino, a 4,450-m²-exhibition center, a 1,500-seat theatre, a 4,647-m²-meeting/conference space, and a 30 storey, 368 room Hyatt hotel with health spa.  The 17,790-m² casino will house over 3,000 slot machines and 150 gaming tables.  There will also be 3,437 m² of entertainment space, 8, 314 m² of retail space, and a nine-tier parking garage with room for 3,000 cars.

The major structural items considered were a reassessment of the grid size within the gaming area, the number of basement versus above grade levels, and the durability/protection systems to be implemented in parking garage.

Façade consulting services were also provided on this project.  During the design development phase, a review of the technical details and specifications for the building envelope systems were performed for the new facility and restoration of the existing Ontario Power Distribution Building Façade.

For this project Halcrow Yolles has received the 2005 American Gaming Association Best Casino Design Award for a Casino over $250 million; the 2004 Ontario Concrete Award for Outstanding Structural Design and Innovation and the 2004 Canadian Institute of Steel Construction Honorable Mention for the Ontario Steel Design Awards Engineering Category.
