Halcrow carried out a flood risk assessment for a new housing estate in Oakgrove to the east of Milton Keynes.

On this project, we were able to use our existing model to benefit the client. Through the model we determined the height of a new flood bund to protect the development, allowing us to quickly produce a flood risk assessment for the planning process.
