Peckham has undergone something of a transformation with the investment of substantial SRB funding in the area. An example of this is the notable landmark feature of the Alsop designed Peckham Library, which dominates Peckham High Street.

However, regeneration is also about the more mundane urban fabric of an area - the streetscape, how traffic is handled and how transport connection are made.
