This was an integrated transport study in road, rail, air and sea. The study examined the demand for, particularly, rural air services, the airline network, PAP fleet, airport and ATC structure and options for restructuring at Ministry (DOTC) level. The adequacy and future development requirements of the very diverse rural airport system to cater for long term growth was assessed.
