The project was to support ICTSI in their due diligence when bidding for the concession to operate the Baltic Container Terminal located in Gydnia.
The scope of Halcrow services was to visit they port with the ICTSI and undertake walkover visual surveys of the port infrastructure, port buildings, quays and yards on the 60ha site. The purpose of this condition survey was to identify the overall conditions of the assets to be taken over and assist ICTSI in costing any potential remedial works that may be required.
The deliverable from the project was a Visual Condition Survey Report which was produced over a two week period.
