Port Newark Container Terminal (PNCT) commissioned Halcrow to undertake project management, design and supervision consultancy services for the construction of a container yard on a 15 acre site as an extension to the development of their container terminal at Port Newark.

Halcrow was subsequently commissioned to undertake additional works consisting of the site supervision of the Phase 3 development and taking over the role of the Engineer of Record for the completion of on going construction project and design services for the West Area.
