The project includes a 74,423 m² commercial office, a 20,600 m² below-grade parking and a new entrance for loading and parking from either 120 or 130 Adelaide Street West.
A special 'top down' construction method was used for the new loading area and loading ramp. Renovation of 11 Richmond Street was also completed to allow for a new daycare.
A new galleria and food court was added to 120 Adelaide and modifications were completed on an existing restaurant.
