Scope

When SERCO won the rights to the Northern franchise they needed to negotiate a schedule 5 agreement with Network Rail and finalise their Service Level Commitment with the Strategic Rail Authority (SRA).

Benefit to client

Halcrow were able to represent Northern and work with Network Rail and the SRA to complete these extensive and detailed documents in a challenging timescale set by the franchise implementation process. Halcrow staff were able to project manage this efficiently to enable an on time delivery in time for the beginning of the franchise.
