Halcrow undertook a detailed site appraisal and outline design masterplan with market assessment and costings for a 100 berth marina at Tamfourhill Falkirk.

The next steps involved promoting the concept through the Falkirk Local Plan process on behalf of British Waterways Scotland. The process is also being influenced by strategic planning of opportunities to promote development sites within the wider Forth and Clyde and Union Canal corridors in Falkirk /West Lothian.
