The 150,000m2 development comprises retail, commercial and leisure facilities, including 1200 parking places over three basement levels.

The interior design team developed a modern and exciting space while still maintaining a tribute to Qatar and it's amazing history. The podium (G+3) hosts a new shopping mall including retail outlets, business merchandising, fitness suites and restaurants. Emerging from above the podium are three towers (G+16) of prestigious office accommodation. Two of the towers rise thirteen floors above the podium with the three upper floors connected, forming a portal.
