SIPEC
Shanghai International Port Engineering Consultants (SIPEC) is a joint venture company involving Halcrow, the Shanghai Port Authority, and local harbour design institutes. The firm specialises in engineering consultancy in the port and marine industry. Qualified as a Grade A consultancy and a Grade A engineering supervisor, SIPEC undertakes all sizes of marine projects and associated facilities in China.
Services include planning and feasibility studies, facility appraisals and technical assessments, development of project tender document, construction and equipment procurement consulting, and site supervision work.
