Halcrow has been operating in Vietnam since the early 1990s, providing consulting services to a wide spectrum of private and public sector organisations.

We’ve developed a business built on the provision of skills in water, hydropower, transportation and the environment. We’re particularly involved in the development of water resources and the agricultural sector, and have supported the improvement of transport infrastructure through the delivery of highway projects.

Our clients include developers, contractors, financial institutions, infrastructure operators, international funding agencies and local/regional governments.
