Halcrow has been operating in Latvia since 1993 on a wide range of projects and programmes, including water services, environment, transport, institutional development, and finance.

In September 2002, Halcrow established a local subsidiary company “Halcrow Baltica” in Riga.

Our staff is able to provide support to public and private clients in all stages of infrastructure development from feasibility studies, business plans, sketch design, detailed design, and supervision of construction.
