We have been working for clients throughout North America for more than 50 years and has expanded its presence in North America with three key acquisitions.

In December 2004 Halcrow acquired Canadian structural engineer Yolles and merged it with the company's property business group to create Halcrow Yolles.
Halcrow Yolles is recognized internationally as one of the premier consulting structural engineering practices, with a solid reputation in all building sectors. As one of North America's most experienced engineering consultancies, it is responsible for delivering some of the world's most prestigious buildings.

In January 2005, Halcrow acquired Han-Padron Associates (HPA). Dedicated to projects in the marine environment, Halcrow offers one of the largest teams of planners, engineers, managers, and technicians in the industry.

On February 1, 2006 TSi Consultants, a well-known Vancouver-based transportation planning firm, joined Halcrow Group. This move adds transportation planning and evaluation, travel choice modelling, traffic operations analysis, and data collection and management to the portfolio of services we offer our clients in North America and worldwide.
