If you believe that you will only occasionally require ISIS Free support services, our new cost-effective support structure may be of interest to you. For only £333 + VAT, Halcrow can provide ISIS Free users with up to 8 hours technical support across the year.
Support provided by Halcrow will comprise of advice by telephone, e-mail or web-based enquiry facilities. The support services will include advice on software installation, model running and software functionality.
